I was very impressed with the entire experience. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious and perfect for what we needed with the children. The beds and pillows were super comfy, one of the best sleeps I’ve had in a long time! The salt water pool was great as well. The dining area attached to the hotel was fantastic. Paul who was our server was engaging and made the children feel welcomed, he was very kind and personable. One of the mangers I spoke with prior to check in, Will Carter answered all my questions. I didn’t feel rushed off the telephone and had a very nice conversation with him. We will be booking again next month! Well done to the entire team. Thank you ☺️

Bad from the start

This was a really bad experience right from the beginning. Before I arrived for check-in, I realized that I misplaced my credit card. I called the bank to cancel and get a new one. At the front desk they did not want to check me in without a credit card. I explained the extraordinary circonstances but the clerk and the manager refused to make an exception even though I proposed to pay in full with visa credit. I also proposed a 500$ deposit for damages but again strong no from them. My teenage kids were coming within 2 hours to be with me and I was left without a room. I had to ask a friend to come with a credit card. Very embarrassing. Then comes the room. Here are the negatives; -very dated with lots of stains -The heater did not work at all. It was very cold -after 2 nights, the room was not cleaned. We had no more towels. I had to ask for towels but the maid said that my room was not on the turnover list. She talked to her manager and we got towels. Anyway, I do not recommend this place. Worst experience ever.

Our stay was extremely satisfactory and the the hotel did everything to help my stay more comfortable with checking in late and checking out with giving us an extra hour due to a health issue. Thank you and everything was perfect and definately would stay here again!! Cheers to all the staff, they were awesome!! The beds were extremely comfortable.

A Mixed Bag #average

Our hockey team had a mixed experience at this hotel. There were definitely some pros and cons. On the positive side, the staff was very lenient and friendly, the pool area was large and we were able to put teams together easily. On the downside, there were permanent residents at the hotel who smoked a lot of cigarettes, were loud, and made some of our team members feel unsafe. Additionally, our 4pm check-in did not happen, which adversely affected our team dinner and made people feel rushed. I expect rooms to be ready at the specified check-in time, and this was a disappointing experience. Overall, this experience has made me uncertain about returning to this hotel in the future. However, it is worth noting that the wings at the hotel restaurant are .95 each between 4:00 and 9:00 and are well worth the money. I would rate our stay a 6.6/10.

The inside thankfully looks a little better than the outside because it is in dire need of a face-lift. The pool was nice, but jam packed as there were a few hockey teams staying the night. The kids were so loud throughout the night! I know there isn't much to be done about that, but... The final straw was when the shower soap dispenser fell off the wall in the bathroom. We heard the crash, investigated, and notified the front desk immediately. We had only been there an hour and hadn't even touched it. Anyway, they had the nerve to charge us for it !!! The inconvenience was OURS! It could have fallen on us or our 8 year old! We should've received an apology not a bill! Honestly not sure how this place stays in business, it's not like it's cheap! A very disappointing stay to say the least.
